This notion gained popularity after the ZEIGEST movie, but.

Most of the authors that created this theory were also channelers and ocultists (which is the same actually), and the entities they channel were eager to dismiss Jesus Christ as the Word made flesh.
All the real schollars dismiss the claims that Horus life resembles Jesus life.

It is very important to evil to refute that Jesus Christ existed, because He gave us authority over the demons, to cast them out. 
Zeigest itself cites Blavatsky as one of the movie sources, she was founder of the Luciferean society THEOSOPHY SOCIETY and Lucifer Publishing, she was openly a Satan worshiper and that makes it clear why she want Jesus Christ forgotten: claiming and believing Him give us autority to cast out demons: the same demons that channelers and spiritualists talk to. She was, herself, a channeler.

Jesus Christ is well know in multiple history documents and even in the Musli and Jewish traditions. Even greek and romans historians knew and wrote about him.
A world without Jesus Christ would make the evil plans much easier, but it doesn´t matter in the end, it is about how many will be fooled by the evil, not about who will win the War. This Universe belongs to God and his only son, Jesus Christ, and the evil will lose in the end.

Maybe you do not believe in these things, but those that rule this world believe it very much, they just chose Lucifer and the demons, that is all.
