The Gospel is the thruth.

Well, this verse talks about the way you see and what do you seek: 

"The eye is the lamp of the body; so then if your eye is clear, your whole body will be full of light. 23"But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light that is in you is darkness, how great is the darkness!…" (Mathew 6:22).

It is not talking about meditation to clean the chakras, but the way you see the world and what do you seek.

Jesus Christ was very clear in the last verse too:

"But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; 21for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."

So you can see that he was talking about greed and pride and how those are evil.
He let it very clear that the way to heaven is Him, and Him alone, it is not necessary to seek any other place, not even churchs are necessary.

Just read the Bible, pray for God and Jesus Christ, his only son and abstain from sorcery, idolatry. And, remember,, the great lie from the New Age is also the first lie of Satan:
in fact WE ARE NOT supposed to evolve till we are like god.

WE ARE NOT GODS, WE ARE NOT CREATORS.
Ask God for the bread you need, do not try to be god. Instead, trust God, the only and eternal and his only son, our Lord Jesus Christ.

7"Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8"For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened."

Every New Age teacher will try to downgrade Jesus Christ in some way and try to say that the evil do not exist. It is all part of the plan. Doesn´t matter in the big picture, it was all foretold, word-by-word on Revelations, in the end, the evil WILL lose, but it will try to take as many as he can with it.
Forget about the egotrips and just seek peace.

And, TRUST NO ONE but Jesus Chist, God and the Bible. No chaneler, no teacher, no "spirit of light".

Do not let nothing enter into you, a real angel and the real Christ do not need to be chaneled, they have bodies of their own and voices of their own.

The only creatures that need to enter you are demons, because they don´t have bodies.

22. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
23. gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.…
